Our team consists of independent, self-employed, stylists who curate their own client experiences. Be sure to ask them about their referral program or any promos they may offer.

How long will my appointment be?

Short answer: anywhere from 25 minutes to 2.5 hours, depending on the service and stylist (All times are approximate).

Classic Full Set : 1 hour 30 min

Classic Fill: 1 hour

Classic Mini Fill: 25 min

Hybrid Full Set: 1 hour 30 min

Hybrid Fill: 1 hour

Volume Full set : 2 hours

How Do I Care for My Lashes?

We’re glad you asked. Here are our top tips:

  • Wait 24 hrs before applying water, steam, spray tan, or serum

  • It is very important to wash your lashes every day with an eyelash extension cleanser—you can pick one up at your next appointment :)

  • Brush gently when needed (you’ll get a lash brush with each appointment)

  • Avoid oil based products

  • Avoid eyeliner, mascara, and eyelash curlers

  • Avoid touching /pulling at your extensions

  • We recommend coming in for fills every 2-3 weeks to maintain full lashes

  • Always always always come to your fill appointment with clean lashes (your lashes will last longer!)                    

Myth or fact: Extensions damage natural lashes.

Myth!

Damage only happens if they are done incorrectly (we’ve got you covered here), or do not care for them properly (pulling at them, rubbing your eyes, sleeping on your face, not keeping them clean).

We are committed to best practices in application, to insure healthy lashes for our clients! You can also use a lash serum on your lashes 1-2 times a week to make your lashes thicker, stronger, longer, and fuller.

I know someone who had an allergic reaction from lash extensions.

Minor reactions can happen sometimes, but we’ve got you. We have a sensitive glue that usually does the trick. Our lash lift service is also a great alternative for people with sensitive eyes.

What’s Your Cancellation Policy?

We require 24 hour notice for cancellations or appointment change requests. Clients who cancel within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the quoted cost of the appointment.

Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may experience a shortened service at the same cost (we will have to adjust the amount of lashes we can apply, due to limited time before our next valuable client).

In order to hold your first appointment, we require cc info on file, and will charge the card if you cancel within 24 hours.

Why the fee?

As a small business, we rely on planned revenue each week to continue to provide a high quality of service and to pay our awesome team of stylists. It’s a huge bummer for us—and for those we turned down for appointment availability—when we get last minute cancellations.
